Administration the invisible force

If your organisation is reeling from crisis to crisis there is a very good chance that there is a need for some improvement in the administration area - planning, tools, people or processes.

A great example of how effective administration works is illustrated by Valerie Adams (and four others) at the Olympics. On the day she was due to compete her chances of winning Gold were as much to do with paper work as the distance she threw the shot put.

The "crisis" came up because the administration was not done properly. If things had all happened as expected nobody would know of Raylene Bates.

Such situations highlight how tough it for administrators.  Their reality is that administrations importance to success it is only recognised in failure.  So if things are ticking along nicely at your place give your administrator some praise.

If they are not ticking along nicely and its been going on for a while give me a call.
